What you will do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates across all design stages, from conceptual to final construction documents.
• Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates and conduct "what if" scenario pricing for capital planning.
• Build and maintain internal cost estimating tools using Excel and SharePoint.
• Analyze vendor cost estimates and proposals to assemble final project costs for clients.
• Manage preconstruction and estimation timelines to ensure critical program deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholder partners to maintain master subcontractor and vendor pricing lists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in a directly related construction role (or 7 years equivalent experience).
• Proven experience with retail and tenant improvement construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, estimating database software, and Onscreen takeoff tools.
