Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 per year

What you will do

• Establish and execute a comprehensive brand and marketing plan to competitively position the product portfolio.
• Drive global awareness and demand for tumor profiling and MRD products across all customer segments.
• Lead brand planning, promotional campaigns, lead generation, and multi-channel advertising.
• Co-own go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and product positioning in partnership with Product Management.
• Hire, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of marketers to support commercial growth.
• Oversee corporate marketing activities, including website, social media, and professional events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience in genomics, molecular biology, or molecular diagnostics.
• Must be based in the US (consistent with 401k and US-specific benefits).
• Proven experience with NGS and molecular diagnostics, ideally in MRD or therapy selection/CGP.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing and growing a marketing team.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or life sciences; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
