What you will do

• Develop and execute commercial thought leader (TL) strategies for the company's first product launch.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with lung cancer TLs and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Manage US TL lists, tracking engagements and ensuring consistent brand communication.
• Identify, train, and manage promotional speakers for regional and national events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align field activities with national commercial goals.
• Collect and synthesize field insights from advisory boards and events to inform commercial strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oncology experience is required, with a specific emphasis on lung cancer.
• Field-Based, Regional Marketing, or TLL experience is required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 65% of the time.
