Salary: $122,000 - $184,000

What you will do
- Lead all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) for custom and package-developed applications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Manage large-scale projects and processes from requirement gathering through to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure personnel, vendors, and management to coordinate development activities.
- Coach, review, and delegate tasks to lower-level professionals to ensure technical quality.
- Consult with business users to define capabilities and provide time and cost estimates for proposed changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Must be based in one of the following US states: AR, CO, GA, IL, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, NE, NM, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, or WY.
- Proven experience with multiple development languages and software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience in project management and directing other project team members.
- Ability to conduct meetings, make presentations, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Quorum software products, specifically FLOWCAL and/or TESTit.
