What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to define objectives, identify pain points, and evaluate solution options.
• Develop structured business cases including problem statements, scope, assumptions, benefits, and success metrics.
• Lead end-to-end requirements activities, documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into consumable artifacts such as user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and resolve delivery gaps.
• Manage scope and requirement changes, assessing impacts and facilitating informed decision-making with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, NC, SC, FL, IN, or IL.
• Experience supporting technology‐enabled initiatives in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, platform‐based architectures, and cloud‐based solutions.
• Proficiency with banking platforms such as Salesforce, Fiserv, Q2, MANTL, Abrigo, or MuleSoft.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience with Azure and Snowflake data platforms.
