What you will do

• Own the SaaS portfolio by mapping tools and tracking usage and cost drivers.
• Partner with Finance to support renewal decisions and consolidation opportunities.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI and automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Build lightweight workflows and partner with IT Systems Engineering on complex implementations.
• Gather and structure business requirements to improve delivery quality for engineering.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide visibility into IT initiatives for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or IT Operations.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including project configuration, workflow design, and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com, including boards, automations, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions and workflows.
• Experience with automation tools, APIs, or no-code/low-code platforms.

• Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• A structured, first-principles approach to methodical problem-solving.
• Experience building leadership-ready reporting mechanisms.
