What you will do

• Design information systems solutions to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness
• Facilitate software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering sessions and creating project artifacts
• Contribute to work plans, deliverables, and partner with QA on user acceptance testing
• Communicate business challenges to stakeholders and develop solutions
• Identify opportunities to streamline procedures by applying IT best practices
• Update and create training and learning management system documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years’ experience in business planning and software development
• Strong familiarity with Systems Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft TFS/MTM, ADO, and Visual Studio
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a high-pressure environment
• Proven creative problem-solving and commitment to client service
