TL;DR
Client Executive (Federal Growth): Leading federal growth initiatives and capture management for Defense and Intelligence organizations with an accent on customer engagement and pursuit strategy. Focus on identifying qualified opportunities, shaping value propositions, and converting mission needs into winning competitive proposals.
Location: Remote (USA). Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

What you will do
- Develop a pipeline of qualified federal opportunities and own specific market lanes.
- Build direct relationships with program, mission, and acquisition stakeholders.
- Lead the full pursuit lifecycle from early signal and qualification to proposal and award.
- Develop capture strategies, win themes, competitive assessments, and teaming approaches.
- Coordinate with technical, pricing, and proposal teams to ensure executable solutions.
- Draft RFIs, white papers, and executive briefings.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
- 7+ years of federal business development or capture experience.
- Proven track record of winning prime federal contracts of approximately $50M total value.
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition and pre-RFP engagement.
- Willingness and ability to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience in DoD, national security, or mission-focused tech environments.
- Background in AI, cybersecurity, data, or IT modernization.
- Experience operating in small to mid-sized federal contracting firms.
