Salesforce Account Executive (Non-Profit): Identifying and closing new business opportunities for Salesforce implementation and managed services within the non-profit sector with an accent on strategic partnership with Salesforce. Focus on acquiring net-new customers, managing complex sales cycles, and driving ACV goals.
Location: Rockville, MD (Hybrid) or Remote. Open to qualified candidates worldwide.
Salary: Up to $250k OTE

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers to deeply understand their unique challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Sales & Account Executives to jointly engage in pre-sales and drive ACV goals.
- Acquire net-new customers for Digital Strategy, Managed Services, and Salesforce Implementations.
- Manage complete and complex sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
- Negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Service Agreements (MSA).
- Develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships and grow account revenue.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full cycle sales experience within a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of generating leads and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to handle high work demands under tight timelines with a flexible approach.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or related products.
- Experience selling professional services within a technology or consulting firm.
- Experience in SaaS.
- Experience collaborating on web design and content production.
