Salary: $71,300 - $124,500 USD + Commission

What you will do
- Proactively identify and close new business deals with hospitals and health systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for large key accounts.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of the Ovid Synthesis solution.
- Manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and track key metrics.
- Negotiate terms and secure new contracts with decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with the Ovid Sales Team to establish new sales at existing accounts.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 5+ years of field sales experience with a track record of acquiring new business.
- Experience with SaaS sales specifically within the healthcare industry.
- Proven ability in complex/solution selling and negotiating with hospital leadership, IT, and procurement.
- Proficiency with CRM applications and Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.
