What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Assume ownership of customer relationships, leading meetings and delivering product training on new features.
  • Manage the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account management.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to communicate customer feedback and identify workflow gaps.
  • Synthesize customer insights and data trends into actionable next steps and present findings to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Strong foundation in customer success principles, including retention strategy and success planning.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), managed care, payer contracting, or EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth).
  • Familiarity with CMS price transparency, No Surprises Act (NSA), or GFE/AEOB regulations.
  • Experience supporting data-driven SaaS platforms or APIs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and healthcare interoperability analytics.
