What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
- Assume ownership of customer relationships, leading meetings and delivering product training on new features.
- Manage the post-sales customer lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, and ongoing account management.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to communicate customer feedback and identify workflow gaps.
- Synthesize customer insights and data trends into actionable next steps and present findings to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or consulting.
- Strong foundation in customer success principles, including retention strategy and success planning.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), managed care, payer contracting, or EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth).
- Familiarity with CMS price transparency, No Surprises Act (NSA), or GFE/AEOB regulations.
- Experience supporting data-driven SaaS platforms or APIs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and healthcare interoperability analytics.
