$151,000 - $162,000 (OTE, base + commissions)

What you will do

  • Identify customer needs and cultivate sales strategies via phone and email.
  • Establish a daily pipeline through lead generation and proactive engagement.
  • Identify and communicate add-on and cross-selling opportunities leveraging product knowledge.
  • Handle moderate to complex transactions and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with strategic accounts, training, and coaching other sales reps.
  • Design and execute business plans with detailed action items for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy sales (software industry preferred)
  • Proven outbound calling, prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales over the phone.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Needs analysis experience.
  • Organized, independent, resourceful; diligent in CRM data maintenance.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment; team-oriented mindset.
