What you will do

• Manage and maintain job postings across various platforms ensuring brand alignment and accuracy.
• Own the scheduling and coordination of interviews across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing professional and timely communication.
• Administer the Greenhouse ATS, managing requisitions, candidate tracking, and pipeline reporting.
• Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to support high-volume technical and healthcare hiring.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination.
• Hands-on proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and a candidate-first mindset.
