What you will do

• Manage candidate sourcing, profile tracking, job postings, and interview coordination in Greenhouse ATS.
• Schedule and reschedule interviews across multiple rounds with hiring managers and executives.
• Ensure timely candidate communication with 24-hour turnaround for scheduling and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, co-lead People Planning meetings, and manage employee referrals.
• Provide accurate reporting to TA, HR, and leadership; champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
• Employ AI technologies and leverage Nova ecosystem to optimize recruitment processes.
