hirify.global is a mental healthcare platform building a new system to make therapy accessible by automating insurance and practice management for providers.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multi-timezone calendars for senior candidates, executives, and cross-functional panels.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point of contact for executive candidates to ensure a warm, polished, and organized experience.
  • Maintain real-time accuracy of candidate records, interview stages, and pipeline data within Greenhouse.
  • Build and own the operational playbook for executive coordination, including confirmation cadences and prep material delivery.
  • Partner with senior recruiters to proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and mitigate risks to search momentum.
  • Handle sensitive executive search details with high discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating executive or senior leadership searches.
  • Near-perfect scheduling record with a high attention to detail regarding time zones and double-bookings.
  • Ability to independently manage a full portfolio of complex searches without daily direction.
  • Professional communication skills tailored for VP and C-suite candidates.
  • Systems-thinking mindset to identify, fix, and document inefficient processes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
