What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to G7 level, aligning hires with business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define strategies and evaluation criteria.
- Develop sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Drive positive candidate experiences through transparent communication and timely feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and propose efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, SLAs, and data accuracy in ATS (Greenhouse).
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French required
- Must currently reside in Spain
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven full-cycle recruitment experience in high-demand environments.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting metrics.
- Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse, and sourcing tools.
