What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to G7 level, aligning hires with business needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define strategies and evaluation criteria.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines and enhance hiring effectiveness.
  • Drive positive candidate experiences through transparent communication and timely feedback.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, SLAs, and data accuracy in ATS (Greenhouse).

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French required
  • Must currently reside in Spain
  • Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven full-cycle recruitment experience in high-demand environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting metrics.
  • Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse, and sourcing tools.
