What you will do
- Handle dispute cases that require human judgment and provider-specific nuances.
- Investigate data discrepancies between internal systems and provider records to identify root causes and edge cases.
- Streamline repetitive manual tasks using AI tools, templates, and bulk-action workflows.
- Support the onboarding of new acquirers and PSPs by validating dispute data mapping as an operational QA.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in operations, support, or related fields (entry-level candidates are welcome).
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused on high-volume, data-heavy tasks.
- Structured communication and a problem-solving mindset.
- Location: Must be based in Kyiv.
