What you will do

• Provide 24/7 production support for internal and consumer-facing applications in a command center environment.
• Continuously monitor infrastructure dashboards to identify alerts and performance degradation before customer impact.
• Triage and remediate incidents using ServiceNow and established operational runbooks.
• Analyze logs and system telemetry using Splunk and AppDynamics to troubleshoot functionality and processing failures.
• Collaborate with L2 support, platform SMEs, and engineering partners for complex escalations.
• Document all investigation steps, remediation actions, and resolution outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong background in production support, system operations, or advanced help desk roles.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments and root cause analysis using logs.
• Proficiency with AppDynamics, Splunk, and Autosys (or similar workload automation tools).
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL.
• Experience with ServiceNow incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Must be able to work a firehouse schedule (12-hour shifts, including weekends).

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Prior experience in a Mission Control or Command Center environment.
• General understanding of change management processes.
