What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing OEM accounts to drive sustained revenue growth through new and expanded design wins.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate new programs within top customer accounts.
  • Partner with customers to recommend technical replacement or alternative solutions aligned with application requirements.
  • Build and maintain deep, multi-level relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
  • Manage new business opportunities and the sales pipeline rigorously using Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with 1-3 years of sales experience, or an Associates degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience specifically managing large accounts.
  • Proven track record of selling technical products and quickly absorbing product knowledge.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% as needed.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Plainville, CT.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), specifically in leads, opportunities, and funnel management.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with MS Office, CRM, ERP (e.g., JDE), and reporting software like Business Objects.
