What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing OEM accounts to drive sustained revenue growth through new and expanded design wins.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate new programs within top customer accounts.
- Partner with customers to recommend technical replacement or alternative solutions aligned with application requirements.
- Build and maintain deep, multi-level relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
- Manage new business opportunities and the sales pipeline rigorously using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with 1-3 years of sales experience, or an Associates degree with 3+ years of experience.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically managing large accounts.
- Proven track record of selling technical products and quickly absorbing product knowledge.
- Ability to travel 10-20% as needed.
- Must be located in or able to work from Plainville, CT.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), specifically in leads, opportunities, and funnel management.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with MS Office, CRM, ERP (e.g., JDE), and reporting software like Business Objects.
