People Change Consultant (Media)

TL;DR

People Change Consultant (HR): Delivering complex, people-impacting change programmes end to end with an accent on compliance, consistency, and employee care. Focus on leading formal consultations, managing TUPE transfers, and advising senior leaders on implementation decisions.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week onsite in Osterley campus, UK)

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end people change initiatives from early design and scoping through to implementation.
• Lead formal change consultations, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and contractual changes.
• Partner with senior leaders and People Partners to shape pragmatic change solutions while managing risk.
• Provide trusted advice and challenge to leadership regarding consultation approaches and implementation decisions.
• Coordinate delivery plans, including timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliant application of employment legislation and internal people policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end people change, specifically restructures, TUPE, and contractual changes.
• Demonstrable experience running formal consultation processes and preparing necessary documentation.
• Strong working knowledge of employment legislation as it relates to change activity.
• Experience managing multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Broad HR knowledge including governance, policies, and processes.
