What you will do

• Own and execute paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging channels to drive customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize large media budgets to maximize efficiency and scale winners.
• Lead experimentation across audiences, messaging, and bidding to ensure continuous performance improvement.
• Analyze performance across attribution models and build reporting dashboards in partnership with analytics teams.
• Collaborate with Creative, Studio, and Production teams to develop high-performing assets.
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product, and Data teams to align on priorities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid social growth.
• Deep expertise managing Meta Ads at scale with a focus on ROAS and CPA.
• Proven experience managing TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with attribution models and performance data.
• Ability to manage and optimize large paid media budgets in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
