What you will do
- Own end-to-end paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, aligning investments with business goals and growth targets.
- Manage high-impact enterprise accounts with monthly spends exceeding $1M, optimizing for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC efficiency.
- Lead the development of creative strategy frameworks and scale testing methodologies across various formats (UGC, video, statics).
- Partner with analytics teams to evolve forecasting models, incrementality testing, and attribution approaches.
- Act as the primary strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering proactive, insight-driven recommendations.
- Oversee campaign architecture, QA, and implementation across major paid social ecosystems.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in paid social or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts with significant monthly spend ($1M+).
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong ability to translate large datasets into strategic direction and business outcomes.
- Must be based in the US (specifically within the approved states listed in the location section).
Nice to have
- Experience scaling DTC, eCommerce, or high-growth B2C brands.
- Familiarity with CDPs, attribution tools, and advanced measurement solutions.
- Experience with incrementality testing, such as lift studies and geo testing.
