Salary: $200,000 – $225,000 base, with OTE $305,000 – $340,000

What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performance team of Account Executives in New York, translating company vision into individual excellence.
• Own net new ARR, including expansion and new logo growth, and deliver annual revenue targets.
• Embed AI tools into sales operations to qualify leads faster, reduce sales cycles, and improve deal quality.
• Operationalize a repeatable sales process using CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategy and maximize funnel conversion.
• Work with Channel Partners to expand go-to-market strategies and unlock new acquisition vectors.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Proven experience in sales leadership and scaling high-performing AE teams.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, identity, and password management landscapes.
• Experience guiding teams through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CISO, CIO, procurement, legal).
• Working language: English.
