What you will do

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with strategic MSP partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive the growth of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and next-gen portfolio opportunities.
  • Turn detailed data analysis into strategic insights to drive customer adoption and improve business approaches.
  • Directly support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals, coordinating with sales engineering teams.
  • Manage frequent joint business reviews using clearly defined KPIs and SMART goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation campaigns and events to build the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in MSP Partner Management in the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a partner-driven environment.
  • Expertise in building and fostering C-level/Executive relationships within strategic partners.
  • Strong understanding of RMM/PSA platforms and their commercial integration models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high commercial awareness.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the UK jurisdiction without requiring employer sponsorship.
