What you will do

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive growth and profitability specifically for mid-market customers, MSPs, and MDR services.
  • Directly support partners in qualifying and closing complex deals by engaging wider sales and engineering teams.
  • Increase renewal rates and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through strategic engagement plans.
  • Coordinate with hirify.global Distributors to ensure fast response times for quotes and pipeline progression.
  • Enable and educate partner sales and technical staff via certification, training, and enablement plans.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role working with end users or channel partners.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Strong understanding of the technology channel ecosystem, including VAR and MSP business models.
  • Proficiency in account management, active listening, discovery, and qualification skills.
  • Solid technical acumen; cybersecurity knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Must be based in North Carolina or South Carolina.
