What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive public sector channel strategy across Federal Civilian, DoD/IC, and SLED segments.
• Recruit and scale a partner ecosystem of VARs, Systems Integrators, and MSSPs.
• Manage government procurement vehicles including GSA Schedule, SEWP V, and CIO-SP3.
• Ensure partner compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct market analysis on government IT spending and represent the company at industry events.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize market coverage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of channel sales and partner management experience in the public sector technology market.
• Deep expertise in U.S. government procurement (GSA, SEWP V, CIO-SP3, NASPO).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, CMMC, NIST).
• Experience managing channel programs within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
