What you will do

• Own employee SSO provisioning for new-hire onboarding and offboarding.
• Drive faster turnaround and manage evidence for SOC2 audit requests.
• Audit all systems to identify usage patterns and implement cost-cutting opportunities.
• Manage vendor renegotiation cadence and SaaS contract rationalization.
• Oversee device management and endpoint tooling across a mixed Mac/Windows environment.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of IT experience in a high-growth startup, ideally as the sole or primary IT owner.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Workspace, MDM platforms, identity providers, and SSO/SAML.
• Direct experience contributing to a SOC2 audit cycle.
• Proven track record in negotiating SaaS contracts and managing vendor spend.
• Practical use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Harvey) as part of daily IT work.
• Ability to operate independently, manage high-volume queues, and perform structural work.
