What you will do

• Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale device infrastructure projects and drive IT Change Management.
• Administer cloud-based Apple MDM platforms (Iru), including custom configuration profiles and policy management.
• Integrate AI tooling to solve infrastructure problems, such as automated remediation and smarter alerting.
• Own third-party software patching workflows to keep the fleet current with minimal disruption.
• Design and implement best practices, policies, and procedures for Device Infrastructure Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in occasional 24/7 on-call shifts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical IT experience, with 2+ years focusing on cloud-first endpoint management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD workflows for enterprise fleets of 500+ endpoints.
• Senior-level experience with Apple MDM platforms (e.g., Iru).
• Hands-on experience designing automation with agentic or LLM-based components in an IT context.
• Professional-level scripting abilities in Bash for endpoint automation and fleet operations.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL or other change and service management best practices.
• Global-level admin experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Ability to script in PowerShell.
• Admin experience with hirify.global Enterprise Password Manager (EPM).
