What you will do

• Maintain employee records in UKG Pro and assist with document management.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and complete I9 verifications.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, communication, and employee inquiries.
• Process termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
• Track employee goals and performance review completion.
• Support learning and development initiatives and employee engagement programs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and management.
