Location: Remote for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington

Salary: $160,000 — $220,000 USD OTE

What you will do

• Partner with sales as technical expert to demonstrate hirify.global solutions and align with customer needs.
• Deliver product demos, answer technical questions, and plan Proof of Concepts for complex use cases.
• Provide product feedback to management and share best practices with the team.
• Stay current on competitive landscape and support marketing events.
• Manage territory pipeline and travel up to 25%.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years pre-sales engineering experience
• Customer-facing experience, ideally pre-sales.
• Deployed apps in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with network security protocols (OAuth, SAML, LDAP) and REST APIs.
• Hands-on in web, mobile, or backend development; understanding of core security concerns.
• Exceptional communication for expert audiences; Bachelor's in Engineering/CS preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs (LangChain, etc.).
• Integrating microservices, data lakes, or ReBAC models.
• Diagramming for user flows and architecture.
