Location: Hybrid (Must be commutable to Greenville, DE or Tysons, VA; in-office 2 days/week)
Salary: $100k–$130k base + bonus

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements including discovery, solution design, tailored demos, and POC management.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations to technical architects, engineers, and executive stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs).
- Configure and troubleshoot demo environments using REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Partner with the sales team to respond to RFIs/RFPs and produce technical documentation like SOWs and flow charts.
- Act as a technical bridge between prospects and the product/engineering team to translate market feedback.
- Support integration discussions across cloud environments and enterprise tech stacks (IAM, SSO, encryption, NoSQL).
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and at least one cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
- Coding/scripting exposure in LAMP stack, JavaScript, jQuery, Python, or SQL.
- Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship or transfer.
- Must be commutable to Greenville, DE or Tysons, VA and able to work in-office 2 days/week.
