Salary: $152,000 – $185,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Underwriting, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to support A&H product expansion and pricing capabilities.
• Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and experience analyses to identify emerging trends and monitor performance.
• Direct pricing for new and renewal business in collaboration with Underwriting.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain A&H pricing models and actuarial databases.
• Manage and mentor two direct reports to support professional growth.
• Coordinate with external consultants on filing-related matters.

Requirements

• Expertise in actuarial science and pricing for A&H products.
• Experience in developing and maintaining complex pricing models and tools.
• Ability to lead portfolio reviews and conduct deep-dive experience analyses.
• Must be located in or be able to work from Warren, NJ or New York, NY.
