Salary: $95,000–$105,000

What you will do

• Support Sales, Marketing, and FP&A teams in commercial activities and financial planning.
• Participate in annual business planning and monthly forecasting processes.
• Develop budgets and provide analytical support to commercial teams.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end close in SAP and deliver monthly reporting to leadership.
• Monitor business results, analyze financial statements, and perform ad-hoc analyses for decision-making.
• Ensure effective controls, SOX compliance, and coordination with Internal Audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field
• 2-4 years of business experience
• Strong analytical, finance, accounting, and communication skills
• Strong technology skills, including advanced Excel
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Hyperion preferred
• Demonstrated organizational and team skills

• Ability to analyze financial performance and explain variances
• Experience dealing with diverse personnel in a multi-national organization
• Strong independent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and business judgment
