What you will do

  • Serve as the primary People Partner for EMEA, supporting GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, and Product Support.
  • Collaborate with functional People Partners to evolve team structures and operating models to support scaling.
  • Coach senior leaders to improve team effectiveness and performance in a target-driven environment.
  • Identify and resolve organizational friction points and improve cross-functional alignment.
  • Partner with Compensation, Recruiting, L&D, and People Relations to deliver high-impact people initiatives.
  • Integrate AI tools to enhance people analytics, manager enablement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR/People experience, including significant tenure as an HRBP in a high-growth company.
  • Multi-jurisdiction EMEA experience with practical knowledge of employment law and cultural norms.
  • Proven experience partnering with GTM or revenue organizations (Sales, Marketing, Product Support).
  • Ability to influence senior leaders in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams in a shared People Partner model.
  • Must be based in London.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or product-led companies.
  • Fluency in French or German.
