What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists, providing technical guidance and professional development.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models from data exploration and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, hirify.globalering, and Business teams to translate complex problems into actionable DS projects.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, and model validation through rigorous peer reviews.
• Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure feature impact.
• Work with Data hirify.globalering to ensure infrastructure supports high-velocity model iteration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Science.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Lead Data Scientist or People Manager).
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Math, Physics) is a plus.

• Experience in B2B, marketplace, travel, or e-commerce industries.
