Salary: $83,000 - $113,100

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain AI approaches and predictive models for anomaly detection, classification, and regression.
• Apply semantic coding and NLP techniques to extract thematic insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Translate complex data into actionable narratives through data storytelling and Power BI visualization.
• Optimize ML workflows and pipelines for scalability within Azure cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to drive iterative delivery and technical alignment.
• Develop technical specifications and design documents for implemented code.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for U.S. Federal Public Trust security clearance.
• 2+ years of experience developing statistical and AI/ML models (Regression, Classification, NLP).
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Git-based version control and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with responsible AI (fairness, explainability, privacy).
• Familiarity with public sector risk analytics and regulated environments.
• Azure certifications.
