What you will do

  • Drive growth and profitability for assigned service sales accounts to meet short- and long-term targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with account stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute service account plans and business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to provide a unified interface to the customer.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and implement action plans.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company Code of Conduct and Trade Compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, technical, or IT fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Service Sales management.
  • Native-level German and advanced-level English proficiency.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with remote support teams.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel (50%).
