TL;DR

Account Executive (ClimateTech): Driving growth within the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors in the DACH region to help them decarbonize using an AI-powered carbon management platform with an accent on enterprise sales. Focus on navigating complex sales cycles, acquiring new high-value clients, and expanding the company's market footprint across global industrial companies.

Location: Must be based in Germany (specifically Berlin or Bavaria); Hybrid options available in Munich and Berlin with regular travel to customers.

hirify.global is a fast-growing ClimateTech startup providing an AI-driven Environmental Intelligence System to help emissions-intensive industries measure and reduce their carbon footprint.

What you will do

  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Research and acquire new leads using personal networks and industry developments in carbon management.
  • Deliver value-driven presentations and demonstrations tailored to the challenges of enterprise clients.
  • Execute strategic outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align offerings with client needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline with high transparency using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales managing the full sales cycle.
  • Fluent German and English proficiency is a must-have requirement.
  • Proven experience in sales within manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics.
  • Demonstrated success in generating revenue and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Based in Germany (Bavaria or Berlin) and open to regular travel to offices and customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Nice to have

  • Experience working specifically within the ClimateTech industry.
  • Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business and net-zero goals.
