What you will do

• Coordinate site events and activities in collaboration with Food Service, Facilities Management, and Executive Assistants.
• Manage bookings and access for restricted and specialty spaces, including project rooms and Mother’s Rooms.
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of spaces, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a high-quality experience for employees and visitors.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for safety, managing emergency drills and ensuring PPE compliance.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail delivery (UPS/USPS) and maintain breakroom supplies.
• Promote community events via internal communication channels and manage digital signage displays.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or previous experience as a Facilities Coordinator.
• 5 to 7 years of customer service experience with a track record of exemplary performance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with office automation and communication software tools.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Holland, MI.
