Location: Must be based in Italy, Germany, or Lithuania. Willingness to travel regularly across Europe (approximately 40% of the time) is required.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic 12-24 month account plans for key OEM customers across Europe to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities by securing design-ins and increasing platform penetration.
  • Lead commercial activities, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and agreement management.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activities to ensure visibility of the design-in funnel.
  • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, and Supply Chain to deliver customer solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback to support business and product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in OEM sales within power electronics, industrial, or energy-related industries.
  • Proven track record in design-in sales and managing complex long sales cycles with Tier-1 or Tier-2 OEMs.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen in managing pricing and contracts.
  • Must be based in Italy, Germany, or Lithuania.
