What you will do

• Lead solution sales by positioning hirify.global's portfolio and articulating technical and business value to senior stakeholders.
• Identify customer problems to create sales opportunities and qualify leads from a technical perspective.
• Manage technical sales engagements, including demos, RfX, and PoCs for solution features and functionality.
• Provide architecture and implementation design consultation and best practice guidance for strategic opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for selected accounts, collaborating with regional escalation managers and engineering teams.
• Support PreSales, Sales, and Channel enablement activities and events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Security Consultant or Architect with proven success.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hyperscale infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Extensive experience in networking (LAN, WIFI, WAN, SDN) and network security (Next-Gen Firewalls, IDS).
• Foundational knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, DevOps, IaC, and SIEM tools.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English language skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Significant industry certifications such as SANS, CISSP, or CCIE.
