Senior Solutions Architect (Storage as a Service)

Location: Hybrid environment with regular travel within Germany and some in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Identify and develop strategic Storage as a Service opportunities with account and sales teams.
• Lead discovery workshops, architecture sessions, and technical assessments for enterprise customers.
• Design end-to-end solutions and build business cases connecting technical outcomes to measurable business value.
• Advise architects, technical decision-makers, and IT leaders throughout complex sales cycles.
• Represent hirify.global at customer events, executive briefings, webinars, and industry forums.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, global solution teams, partners, and customers while enabling teams on architecture approaches and market trends.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise storage, data management, or hybrid cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of consumption, subscription, or as-a-service business models.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close.
• Ability to work with technical and executive stakeholders and connect technology with business strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel regularly within Germany.

Nice to have

• Background in managed services, service providers, or cloud platforms.
• Experience with telco, financial services, manufacturing, or public-sector customers.
• Certifications in infrastructure, cloud, or storage technologies.
