Salary: $157,000 – $175,000 USD for US residents OR $146,000 – $162,000 CAD for Canadian residents.

What you will do

• Create customer-specific solution proposals in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management teams.
• Lead customer-facing discussions and presentations to align hirify.global's solutions with specific technical architectures and business goals.
• Manage the engagement cycle from initial solution development and proposal generation through post-contract implementation.
• Collect and analyze customer and partner feedback to inform and shape requirements for broader product solutions.
• Champion customer needs across internal Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to refine potential solutions.
• Provide industry expertise to position products and services effectively in a highly competitive marketplace.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing and deploying BSS/OSS solutions within mobile, web, or telecom environments.
• Broad knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS architectures and emerging trends such as Agentic AI and 5G monetization strategies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate outcomes and back assumptions with data.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies and ability to describe technical concepts.
• Ability to lead through a consensus-based approach within a matrix organization.

• Background in software development and program management.
• Spanish language proficiency for supporting engagements in Spanish-speaking markets.
• Proficiency in analytics, data management, and dashboarding/reporting.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
