TL;DR

Senior Services Solution Architect (Unified Communications): Leading the design and continuous improvement of complex, multi-element service solutions for enterprise clients with an accent on managed services, commercial modelling, and contractual definition. Focus on architecting scalable service offerings, managing financial accuracy of solutions, and leading service strategies for high-value RFPs.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Virtual / Remote, with offices in New York, NY and Kenilworth, NJ)

Salary: $128,000 – $155,000

What you will do

  • Lead structured discovery engagements to define end-to-end service solutions, including scope, SLAs, and governance models.
  • Architect complex managed services and staffing models using standardized, repeatable components to ensure scalability.
  • Develop and validate service cost models, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with margin thresholds.
  • Own the quality of Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring contractual clarity across deliverables and obligations.
  • Lead service strategy for complex opportunities and provide subject matter expertise for RFI/RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with leadership and OEMs to develop scalable XaaS-based service offerings aligned with market demand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within AV, Unified Communications, or technology services environments.
  • Proven experience architecting managed services and lifecycle support solutions.
  • Strong expertise in commercial modelling, pricing structures, and margin management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise Account Executives on complex presales engagements.
  • Experience designing SLA frameworks, governance models, and service transition approaches.
  • Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ITIL or recognized service management best practices.
  • Experience working with subscription-based or XaaS commercial structures.
  • Experience developing new service catalogues or go-to-market service offerings.
  • Exposure to multi-site or global enterprise service models.
