Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Headquarters in Clarendon, VA
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do
- Architect enterprise modernization solutions integrating cloud adoption, workflow automation, and AI capabilities for the VA and Federal healthcare environments.
- Translate agency strategic priorities and policy drivers into executable technical architectures and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure all proposed architectures align with Federal shared-service initiatives, Zero Trust requirements, and DevSecOps delivery frameworks.
- Support capture activities by contributing solution strategies, technical narratives, and feasibility assessments during gate reviews.
- Lead the authoring and review of technical volumes for multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Represent the company's solution vision in customer engagements, technical exchanges, and partner strategy sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of business development experience, specifically capturing federal healthcare opportunities (VA, DHA, HHS).
- Understanding of and experience with the Federal procurement process and regulations (e.g., FAR).
- Working knowledge and experience operating within a Shipley business development and capture framework.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and interpersonal, to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
