What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and communications for the Startup GTM Accelerator and Campus Ambassador programs.
• Develop deep expertise in startup-focused workflows to provide high-level product guidance and answer complex queries from founders.
• Organize and produce global events, including workshops, hackathons, and panels across the US and EMEA.
• Create marketing assets, content, and newsletters to showcase program outcomes and drive awareness.
• Collaborate with lifecycle, sales, and GTM ops teams to optimize the startup acquisition funnel and distribution.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York (Hybrid).
• Proven experience in a 0-to-1 environment with a strong founder mentality.
• Deep familiarity with the GTM tool landscape and an eagerness to master AI-driven workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the US and EMEA to connect with startup ecosystems.
