What you will do

• Act as a strategic proxy for leadership, creating high-impact executive presentations and briefings for VPs and senior stakeholders.
• Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy, managing newsletters and the analytics organization's brand.
• Lead the skills uplifting roadmap by identifying gaps and developing formal training plans, workshops, and certification paths.
• Orchestrate end-to-end planning for major departmental milestones, including quarterly planning and all-hands meetings.
• Develop and maintain a framework for stakeholder training to improve engagement with analytics services and self-serve tools.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and design internal surveys to measure departmental health and employee feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (Hybrid: San Mateo or San Diego).
• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, analytics operations, program management, or as a chief of staff in a large tech organization.
• Exceptional ability to create compelling presentations and written communications that simplify complex technical topics.
• Proven track record of building training programs or learning & development initiatives within the technology industry.
• Experience managing large-scale logistics for both virtual and in-person group events.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed global environment and provide candid upward feedback to leaders.

• Deep understanding of the gaming industry or high-volume consumer tech.
• High proficiency with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Slack.
