Salary: $65,200 - $191,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and implement incentive programs aligned with growth goals, focusing on net-new revenue via Deal Registration.
- Manage the end-to-end incentive process, from planning and execution to analysis and payouts.
- Oversee the Rewards platform and Partner Hub to ensure scalable and effective promotions.
- Collaborate with Channel Managers and partners to refine incentive attractiveness and engagement.
- Track performance metrics and act as the SME for Salesforce and 360Incentive reporting.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align incentives with company strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 5+ years of channel or industry experience.
- Strong background in developing and managing partner incentive and reward programs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of partner ecosystems and channel dynamics.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Impartner and 360Insights.
- Experience within the Apple channel ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree.
