Location: US Remote (Hybrid possible for those near a hirify.global office)

Salary: $65,200 - $191,000 USD

hirify.global provides Apple device management solutions to help organizations automate deployment, management, and security for Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV.

What you will do

  • Design and implement incentive programs aligned with growth goals, focusing on net-new revenue via Deal Registration.
  • Manage the end-to-end incentive process, from planning and execution to analysis and payouts.
  • Oversee the hirify.global Rewards platform and Partner Hub to ensure scalable and effective promotions.
  • Collaborate with Channel Managers and partners to refine incentive attractiveness and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and act as the SME for Salesforce and 360Incentive reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align incentives with company strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 5+ years of channel or industry experience.
  • Strong background in developing and managing partner incentive and reward programs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced Excel skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems and channel dynamics.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Impartner and 360Insights.
  • Experience within the Apple channel ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
