What you will do

• Define and champion the vision for the PrepU adaptive quizzing experience in healthcare education.
• Build and maintain a strategic roadmap based on user insights, market needs, and educational outcomes.
• Conduct lean experiments to validate product ideas, test market fit, and develop go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, and content strategy teams to define and prioritize new features.
• Identify and address technical debt while determining success metrics for product enhancements.
• Develop business cases for new investments and support sales/marketing teams in communicating product value.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City, Philadelphia, or Minneapolis.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech, assessment, adaptive learning, or SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in financial analysis and projections.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for influencing across departments.
