Salary: $102,600 - $179,250 USD

What you will do
- Define and champion the vision for the PrepU adaptive quizzing experience in healthcare education.
- Build and maintain a strategic roadmap based on user insights, market needs, and educational outcomes.
- Conduct lean experiments to validate product ideas, test market fit, and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, and content strategy teams to define and prioritize new features.
- Identify and address technical debt while determining success metrics for product enhancements.
- Develop business cases for new investments and support sales/marketing teams in communicating product value.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City, Philadelphia, or Minneapolis.
- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech, assessment, adaptive learning, or SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction in ambiguous environments.
- Experience in financial analysis and projections.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for influencing across departments.
Nice to have
- Experience with lean product development and bringing new products to market.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Strong ability to manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
