Salary: $180,965 – $212,900

What you will do
- Launch and scale AI-powered features to transform the patient experience before, during, and after care.
- Partner with clinicians, engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and test new patient-facing features.
- Define and drive the strategy for responsible AI that enhances rather than replaces human connection in therapy.
- Build safe and personalized AI experiences while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
- Collaborate across functions to translate clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years of experience building user-facing AI features.
- Proven ability to scope MVPs and ship quality products in 0 to 1 environments.
- Experience facilitating highly cross-functional teams including ML engineering and clinical experts.
- Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML prototyping tools such as prompting, RAG, and evaluations.
- Experience building and evaluating AI quality metrics to inform product decisions.
- Ability to set a holistic product vision while executing iteratively.
